B.S. Business Management — This degree prepared the CEO for management of human and fiscal resources within an organizational structure, culture and mission. It developed in her the starter skills in critical thinking, decision making, organizational behavior, global business strategies, quality management, productivity, HR management, and employment law.
A.A. Business Accounting — While paving the way to much higher learning, this degree opened the doors to understanding budgeting, good record keeping, ROI, and TOC, giving her a good background on managing and making the most of financial resources. It also provided valuable learning on international business, economic theory, organizational behavior, and the legal/regulatory environment of business.

B.S. Software Engineering — Through this degree, the CIO acquired learning on how to successfully apply IT theory and principles to address real-world challenges and business opportunities. It taught him the rudiments of systems and design, computer programming, database developing, network technologies, information systems security, web technologies and project planning.
A.S. Computer Network Systems — Work in this degree produced fundamental knowledge not only on design and installation of a computer network within a company but also on troubleshooting and network upgrading.
